A starters Manual for Network Marketing

I started out in network marketing a while ago, and when I did, I had to deal with attracting good marketers as well as selling myself to potential clients, and after doing that for a while, I now have both these things under control taking some very simple steps.

Choose your team members carefully


First of all, you need to be careful in the promotion process of your business. Don´t get too excited when the first applicant walks, in, even though you might be desperate for more people… you need to sound them out. Find out what their interests are, what they like, and what they have sold before. Ensure they fit your company ideas and goals.
If you just take on any person… you might fail with your business.

Be organised

The second part of running a successful Network Marketing Business, is keeping a calendar. Always schedule everything in, and keep to the schedule like your life depends on it.
You need to know what the people in your network are doing and who with, but you also need to pursue leads yourself to get the revenue flowing in steadily. Not only does that show you are serious about your business. It will also show your people that you are not to be fooled by excuses as to why there is no revenue coming from them. If you can find the leads, so can they!



Since you are passionate about what you do, you need to make sure you market a product that you are passionate about! If you love flowers, then make sure your business has something to do with flowers. This way you will be able to sell the product better, as you already believe in and love the product. When you love something, it is easier to sell than when you don´t really like it, or understand it.

Be social

The third free tip I give here is “network with the network” it is of upmost importance that you network with other marketers, and find out what works for them and what doesn't. Don´t just socialize with your own recruits, but go outside of your network, and find out what tickles the competition.

Now you should have a better understanding of what vital steps you need to take when you start an online marketers network. Hopefully you will follow these three steps and be a successful marketer.
